Learning to embrace your life and dreams while reading a book

Reviews for Girl, Wash Your Face and Girl, Stop Apologizing

When it comes to self-care, I believe it’s one of the most important things in our lives. This is why I am in love with self-help/self-care books. It’s a great way to learn about living life on your terms without hesitation. Currently, I have an obsession with Rachel Hollis and her two self-care books. One is Girl, Wash Your Face and the other is Girl, Stop Apologizing. These books are similar but also very different. After finishing both, it has helped me understand how to live my life to the fullest and go out to concur my dreams.

If you are looking for a book to inspire you to jump out of bed every morning, start enjoying your life, or even just to help you through a difficult time this is for you. Overall, I would love to tell you more about the books – but I hate spoilers. You should find out for yourself.
